How can i book a reservation?

At The HeadLoft we book our reservations via salon phone or email. Our phone number (905-891-9555) and email (headloft@gmail.com) direct links can be located on the contact page. Booking ahead is normally required due to the high volume of guests and hair transformation requests.
Please ask your HeadLoft stylist how far in advance they book when needing a reservation on a specific date.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

The stylists at The HeadLoft reserve a certain amount of time for each individual guest and service 

why do you ask new guests for a credit card??

We always secure first time appointments with a valid credit card. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to give a 24 hour cancellation notice to any reservations. We charge 20% of the booked service total when given less than 24 hour notice to cancel.

where are you located?

The HeadLoft is located at 260 Lakeshore Road East which is in the heart of Port Credit - Mississauga, Ontario (Just outside of Toronto). We are a corner, store front on Lakeshore Road E & Brant Ave. Next door to H&R Block and across from Revive Pilates. 

is there parking?

We are on the corner of Lakeshore Road East & Brant Avenue where metered parking space is located in front of and beside
The HeadLoft.
Charges are $1.50/hr, $3.00/2 hrs, $5.00/3hrs.
There is free parking all around Port Credit, which can be found by looking for the green 'P' sign (closest one to us is located on Hiawatha Pkwy & Lakeshore Road E).

WHat products do you use/ retail?

We are proud retailers of Davines which is a Natural line & a Biodegradable product which was founded in Parma, Italy.
Along with two different lines for toning shampoo purposes.

what color lines do the colorists use?

We are not contracted with any colour lines, therefore we use color lines that best suit our individual needs.
We have been working with Wella Professionals, Kenra, and GuyTang MyDentity. 

do you guys provide wedding services?

We most definitely provide wedding services. We specialize in wedding and event hairstyling. A consultation is a requirement to discuss and plan wedding details. 

how do i choose the right stylist for me when i'm a new client?

Should i wash my hair prior to my hair coloring session?

Stylists get asked this question a lot. We realize that every professional has a different opinion but here at The HeadLoft we believe freshly clean hair takes colour the best. We believe the cuticle of the hair is more open are ready to absorb colour when hair is clean.
